Sponsorship Packages
Analyst & Presenters Sponsorship
This sponsorship will support the travel and stay of some of the brightest analysts who will focus on ITAM/ITAD, technology, leasing/financing, marketing, and strategy. Their knowledge and data will be used to articulate current issues and offer future solutions.
This will also support the contribution of executives from major US companies who actually use ITAD. They will contribute to the discussions on how to improve the standing of ITAD in the enterprise. CIOs and practicing professionals from procurement, ESG, IT, and ITAM will join us to share their experiences and pain points.
Networking & Hospitality Sponsor
We welcome your sponsorship for breaks, lunches, and dinners. Your support will be recognized with direct mentions and branded signage and recognition at networking venues. Sponsor will have the opportunity to distribute branded gifts or promotional items to attendees, inclusion of promotional materials in attendee welcome packets and logo on networking event menus and signage.
Technology Sponsorship
Sponsorship of technology needs such as Wi-Fi access, mobile apps, or digital platforms used during the retreat.

Entertainment Sponsorship
Sponsors of the entertainment or fun activities planned during the retreat will be fully recognized.
- Logo on event tickets or passes for entertainment events.
- Recognition during announcements related to entertainment activities.
- Opportunity to provide branded giveaways or experiences related to the entertainment.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment Terms:
- Payment for the sponsorship package is due within 10 business days of signing this agreement, unless otherwise specified in a separate invoice.
- Cancellation by Sponsor:
- If the sponsor cancels the sponsorship agreement 90 days or more before the start of the retreat, they are entitled to a refund of 75% of the sponsorship fee.
- If the sponsor cancels within 90 days of the start of the retreat, no refund will be issued.
- Cancellation or Postponement of Event:
- In the event that the retreat is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), the organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.
- If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, sponsors will receive a refund of 100% of the sponsorship fee.
- If the event is postponed and the sponsor is unable to participate on the rescheduled dates, they may request a full refund.
- Substitution:
- The sponsor may not substitute the sponsorship package with another entity or individual without prior written approval from the organizer.
- Branding and Promotional Materials:
- The sponsor agrees to provide all required branding materials (logos, promotional items, etc.) according to the deadlines specified by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to reject any materials that do not meet branding guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.
- Indemnification:
- The sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizer from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the sponsor’s participation in the event.
- Force Majeure:
- Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, strikes, labor disputes, or pandemics.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
- This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.
- Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Boston, MA.
- Miscellaneous:
- This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, negotiations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the organizer.
- Refunds will be processed within two months days of approval of the refund request.
- The organizer reserves the right to deduct any applicable processing fees from the refund amount.
