Ingram Micro Holding · Technology distribution and lifecycle services · Fiscal Q3 2026, thirteen weeks ended September 26, 2026 · Results announced October 29, 2026; earnings call at 5:00 p.m. ET · Compared with the thirteen weeks ended September 27, 2025
1. Operational summary
Ingram Micro both distributes new IT hardware and runs an IT asset disposition business. Sales of its lifecycle services, a combined line that Ingram describes as supply chain services plus “IT asset disposition and reverse logistics and repairs,” rose 35%; that is a sales growth rate for the whole line, not an ITAD-only rate or a measure of equipment processed. On the call, CEO Paul Bay said the company is “expanding our ITAD and repair capabilities to help customers recover value from existing technologies while meeting strict data security and sustainability requirements.” The 10-Q reports the same activities as its “Other” line of business, under 5% of net sales. On the distribution side, GPU and AI infrastructure sales rose to about $1.8 billion and PC revenue grew on higher prices while units fell. For ITAD executives, the practical finding is that a large distributor is expanding disposition and repair capabilities alongside its channel business. North America recorded particularly strong lifecycle growth, which Ingram attributed primarily to U.S. reverse logistics and repair.
