Compliance Standards reserves the right to make changes to the program. Full payment for the retreat fee and room will be required within 10 business days of acceptance of your application. Terms and Conditions for Corporate Retreat in Arizona, 2025

1. Agreement to Terms

By applying to participate in the Corporate Retreat in Arizona (hereafter referred to as “the Event”) scheduled for 12-15 February 2025, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

2. Changes to Program and Venue

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event program and venue as necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in the schedule, location, and content of the Event. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of any significant changes.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the event that the organizer cancels the Event for any reason, participants will be entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. Refunds will be processed promptly following the cancellation notice.

4. Participant Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in the Event, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Cancellation More Than 60 Days Before the Event: A refund of 75% of the total fees paid will be provided.
  • Cancellation Between 30 and 60 Days Before the Event: A refund of 50% of the total fees paid will be provided.
  • Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before the Event: No refund will be provided.

5. Retreat Fee and Lodging Costs

Participants accept responsibility for paying a retreat fee to attend the Event in the amount of US$1,880. Additionally, participants will be responsible for their own lodging costs, which the conference negotiated with the venue owners. The organizer may provide recommendations for accommodation options but will not cover these expenses.

6. Spouse or Partner Attendance

Participants are allowed and encouraged to bring a spouse or partner to the Event. Any additional costs associated with their attendance, including lodging and activities, will be the responsibility of the participant.

7. Force Majeure

The organizer will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseen events.

8. Liability

The organizer will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred by participants during the Event. Participants are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for personal protection.

9. Miscellaneous

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the organizer regarding the Event. Any modifications to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
