have never had the pleasure to work with so many caring people in all of my career. We weren’t just co-workers, but became family. The management staff truly cares about the well being of all of the employees. And that’s hard to come by, when you are working in a warehouse setting. You aren’t just a number there. I worked my way up the ladder rather quickly, from my hire date, and if I didn’t believe in the integrity of the company or the leadership staff, I never would have taken on additional responsibilities and decided to grow with the company. Employees need accountability, but seeking to understand their individual struggles goes far in retaining employees. I feel like the management team in the Flower Mound facility lives by this rule and it’s a great rule to adhere to when you truly care about team building and employee retention.
