Speak to your Next Clients Now

How about some leads and brand marketing at the same time?  Be seen as a thought leader, don’t count on social media only to reach real prospects.

We offer you the opportunity to take your message to ITAD/ITAM influencers and/or decision makers, who can become your next customers. Get your name in front of them, supercharge your marketing team, and empower your sales organization with vetted leads. See concept and method below.

Concept:

Compliance Standards (CS) has partnered with a major media firm to produce a series of webcasts to promote ITAD-related topics and their sponsors. The initiative is meant to help ITAD companies be proactive instead of reactive to (1) educated enterprises on ITAD, (2) market and promote their brand, and (3) be considered a thought leader, and (4) get leads.

  1. CS proposes a series of topics, however the sponsor holds the ultimate decision on the topic of interest to them
  2. On the sponsor: Any webcast will be sponsored by one, and only one, client to avoid overlaps, unless otherwise agreed upon by partnering companies.
  3. A webcast will involve two parties:  the independent analyst (us) who will frame the discussion, augmented with data.  And the sponsoring party (you) that would offer solutions and recommendations specific to the topic at hand.

On the Leads:

Our media partner offers access to millions of tech magazine and online property subscribers. These are practitioners in corporate IT, security, management, etc., who have influence and/or decision-making power over IT & IT services spending, including ITAM and ITAD. In this context:

  • The sponsor of the webcast will have the opportunity to narrow their target based on their marketing goals and strategy. Some of the selection criteria include:

. Vertical type (banking, healthcare, etc.)
. Lead’s job title/level
. Regions
. Company size
. Etc…

  • Our media partner’s responsibility is to deliver the leads and to replace any lead deemed defective.

How it Works:

These custom webcasts encourage exploration and interaction with the content, reinforcing your brand message and building a connection:

1. Format: 20-45 minutes, audio or video, on-demand

2. Content and moderation services: CS will work with the client to identify the topic and build content. CS will be fully responsible for supplying independent analyst content, and supporting data, if available. Sponsor will bring their content on best practice, solutions offerings, recommendations and other marketing materials.

3. Platform and production: Although CS and sponsor will decide on the best production platform, media partner could provide  experienced webcast producer, all production logistics, customer service and support.

4. Syndication and lead generation: webcast hosted behind media partner’s firewall for 90 days, 150 leads guaranteed for the entry level webcast.

5. Reporting and deliverable file: weekly webcast registration reports, final event reports, and downloadable mp4 file of the webcast

6. Sponsor gets full access to leads.
